Lost like tears in rain

I really needed a good nights sleep. But no. I went to bed at a little after twelve (which was a little later (like an hour) than I wanted to, but no surprise there), and I actually fell asleep pretty fast. But then I woke up.. Around five times between 12 and 2! I feel so exhausted. And sick. I'm getting sick, crap. I don't think that it's swineflu, thoguh, because if it is, it's really overrated. It's just like a head cold, so I think it's just my normal "i'm running on the lowest gear and really need a break"-head cold that I often have right before Christmas breaks or at other times where I'm really tired. It's weird how that breaks down your immune system.

And then over to the picture and headline. Fightstar! I'm pretty sure they would be no good if they had a different singer, sorry to say. Maybe.. But I just love his voice. I've been listening to one of their songs a lot lately, The English Way. And it's such a great song. How he sings at the refrain..! On days like these, when I wake up and feel like crap, I'm so glad there's music. I just need to listen to a good song and my mood lifts a little at once. (Funny fact: after reading comments to this video, I realized that the singer was actually in the band Busted!? Haha, that's so funny, I used to be a huge fan back in the day... XD)

So now I'm off (walking, buu) to school. I'm not excited, I don't want to go. But only today, tomorrow and then my exam on thursday, then I'm finally done.

And I have some good news! I get to work for 7 days during Christmas break! YAY! That means I can concentrate on school next semester, and I don't have to work then. Buuut it also means I have to start paying taxes for the first time in my life. (In Norway you can earn a certain amount of money every year before you start paying taxes, and I did that this summer. Oh well, guess it's time for me to contribute too.) And then the only sad part about working during Christmas break: I'm starting at 6:00am on friday. (I will be dead.)
